On December 4, a meeting titled “The Exam Session is Not a Test, but an Opportunity” was organized for first-year students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. The event was attended by specialists from the Registration Office and faculty advisors.
The main purpose of the meeting was to enhance students’ responsibility during the academic period, explain effective strategies for preparing for the exam session, and support their psychological resilience.
During the meeting, the following topics were thoroughly discussed:
Stress Management Mechanisms – methods for reducing academic stress, effective time management strategies, and self-regulation skills were explained;
Ways to Strengthen Emotional Resilience – recommendations were provided on monitoring emotional well-being and developing skills to overcome challenges;
The True Value of Honest Education – the principles of academic integrity, the advantages of acquiring knowledge through honest means, and its importance for professional development were highlighted.
The meeting aimed to foster a culture of proper preparation for the exam session and to enhance students’ learning motivation.
